How to Use

Beginner's routine (Weeks 1-2)

  1. Cleanse with a gentle cleanser.
  2. Allow skin to dry completely for 10-20 minutes - applying retinol to damp skin may increase irritation.
  3. Dispense 2-3 drops (a pea-sized amount) onto your fingertips.
  4. Apply evenly to face and neck, avoiding the eyes, eyelids, lips, nostrils and any broken skin.
  5. Follow with a gentle moisturiser after 2-5 minutes if extra hydration is needed.
Use 2 nights per week for the first two weeks.

Building up

Weeks 3-4: increase to every other night if well tolerated. Long term: use once nightly if well tolerated.

Tips

Always apply at night, introduce slowly to reduce irritation, moisturise regularly, and avoid waxing or harsh exfoliation immediately after use. Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every morning while using this product.

Use only at night, and wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every morning while using this product. Keep out of reach of children.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

Not recommended during pregnancy - topical retinoids are generally advised against in pregnancy unless directed by your healthcare provider. Consult a healthcare provider before use while breastfeeding, and if used, avoid applying to the nipple or breast area before nursing.

Storage & shelf life

Store below 30�C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and avoid prolonged exposure to heat and air to help maintain retinol stability. Do not freeze. Shelf life 24 months from manufacture; 6-12 months after opening (use within 6 months of opening for best potency).
