  1. How do I track my order?
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your mailbox and be sure to add “derien.com.pk” to your email address book. If you need assistance, please contact deriensocialmedia@gmail.com.

  2. What are the shipping charges & time?
    We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 5000/-. Shipping may take 2-4 days.

  3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Derien?
    Any product may be returned within 1 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please contact us, and you’ll receive instructions on how to get an exchange or a refund.
    If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

  4. How do I return Derien products if purchased from a different store?
    If you purchased Derien products online on another website, please follow the instructions on that site for returns and refunds.
    If you purchased Derien products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
