How to Use

Morning routine

  1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
  2. Dispense a coin-sized amount into your palm.
  3. Work into a rich lather.
  4. Massage gently over face and neck in circular motions for 30-60 seconds, focusing on oily areas such as the forehead, nose and chin.
  5. Avoid the eye area.
  6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  7. Pat dry with a clean towel.
  8. Follow with a lightweight moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) during the day.

Evening routine

Wet the face with lukewarm water, apply a small amount of cleanser, massage gently for about one minute, rinse thoroughly, pat dry, then follow with your preferred serum or moisturizer.

Frequency

Oily skin twice daily; combination skin once or twice daily; normal skin once daily; sensitive and dry skin once daily if well tolerated, always following with a moisturizer.
