How to Use

Daily morning routine

  1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly.
  2. Apply a moisturiser if required.
  3. Apply sunscreen as the final step of your morning skincare, before makeup.
  4. Apply generously to face, neck, ears, hands and any exposed skin — about two finger-lengths (roughly 1–1.5 g) for face and neck.
  5. Allow 10–15 minutes to absorb before sun exposure.

Reapplication

Reapply every 2 hours during prolonged outdoor exposure, and immediately after swimming, heavy sweating or towel drying.

Frequency

Apply every morning, even on cloudy days, and reapply as needed through the day.

Tips

Apply generously to achieve the labelled SPF. Do not rely on sunscreen alone — wear protective clothing, sunglasses and a hat, and avoid direct midday sun where possible.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

Generally suitable for topical use during pregnancy; because it contains Octinoxate and Oxybenzone, those who prefer to avoid chemical UV filters may wish to consult their healthcare provider first. Generally suitable while breastfeeding — avoid applying to the nipple or breast area before nursing.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the flip-top cap tightly closed after use. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf life 24 months from manufacture; use within 12 months of opening.

How long it lasts

A 40 g tube lasts roughly 3–4 weeks for daily face and neck use, or about 2–3 weeks when also covering other exposed areas. Duration depends on how much is applied and how often it is reapplied.
