How to Use

Morning

  1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
  2. Dispense a coin-sized amount into your palm.
  3. Rub between your hands to create a rich, creamy lather — as you massage, the Vitamin E beads dissolve.
  4. Massage gently over face and neck in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, focusing on the forehead, nose and chin.
  5. Avoid the eye area.
  6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  7. Pat dry with a soft, clean towel.
  8. Follow with your serum, moisturiser and a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) during the day.

Evening

Remove heavy makeup first, wet the face, massage a small amount over the skin for about a minute, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Follow with your night-time serum and moisturiser.

How often to use it

Normal skin — once or twice daily. Oily skin — morning and evening. Combination — once or twice depending on oiliness. Dry skin — once daily or as tolerated, followed by a moisturiser. Sensitive skin — start once daily and adjust to comfort.

Tips for best results

Use lukewarm rather than hot water, and massage gently without scrubbing. Always follow with a moisturiser, and wear sunscreen daily to help maintain an even-looking complexion. Consistent daily use gives the best cosmetic results.
