Morning routine

  1. Cleanse the face with your preferred cleanser.
  2. Apply any serums or moisturiser and let them absorb fully.
  3. Dispense an adequate amount — about two finger-lengths (roughly 1–1.2 g) for face and neck.
  4. Apply evenly over face, neck, ears and other exposed areas.
  5. Massage gently until fully absorbed.
  6. Apply 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
  7. If wearing makeup, allow it to set for 2–3 minutes first.

Reapplication

Reapply every 2 hours during continuous outdoor exposure, and after swimming, heavy sweating or towel drying.

Frequency

Use every morning as the final step of your routine, and reapply whenever required. Apply generously for the labelled SPF, and use daily even on cloudy days.
