How to Use

Morning routine

  1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
  2. Dispense a coin-sized amount into your palm.
  3. Work into a rich, creamy lather.
  4. Massage gently over face and neck in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, focusing on the forehead, nose and chin.
  5. Avoid the eye area.
  6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  7. Pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
  8. Follow with a Vitamin C or Hyaluronic Acid serum, moisturiser and a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher).

Evening routine

Wet the face with lukewarm water, apply a small amount of cleanser, massage gently for about one minute, rinse thoroughly, pat dry, then follow with your preferred serum and moisturiser.

Frequency

Normal, oily and combination skin — morning and evening. Dry skin — once daily or as tolerated, followed by a moisturiser. Sensitive skin — start once daily and increase if well tolerated.
